Member Responsiblities

Please reach us at gocrazyandcreate@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

It is each creator's responsibility to stock and monitor their own inventory once every two weeks. A copy of those inventories will be kept on file (and updated with sales) with the front desk.   Checks (or other means of pay)  for creations sold will be available for pick up at the gallery by the 10th of each month.  There will be a paper and digital account of all transactions that is subject to audit at any time.

We ask that you use your event appearances and social media to promote your own products and when applicable, please promote the CC Creative Collective and/or your fellow creators products.

First of all, let's talk financials.   We currently have two categories of CCCC - Active Members and Associates.

For the 2025-26 Fiscal Year:

Both categories are eligible for window features as well as features on the website and special promotions.

Active Members: pay $50 monthly fee, required to work 2 to 4 shifts per month at the store and/or special tasks listed below, and receive 90% commission of their retail sales.

Associates: pay $100 monthly fee, are not required to work at/for the gallery, and receive 80% commission of their retail sales.

These amounts are subject to change on a yearly basis.

It is the creator's responsibility to find coverage that is vetted through the Collective Committee and/or the Executive Director. If a member fails to communicate an absence, they must pay a fee of $40.00 per missed session (this will cover the cost of "hiring" help. If a creator fails to cover their shift 3 times over six months, the artist can be denied "featuring" privileges and their membership can be terminated.

Of course, unusual circumstances will be taken into consideration.

As previously stated, inventory must be maintained and rotated every two weeks.  Without communication, any creations left unmonitored for more than 6 weeks will become the property of the CCCC to be disposed of in a manner decided by the Collective Committee.
